Episode 1 - Ruby Reborn
Dog River is shaken up when city girl Lacey Burrows moves into town to run The Ruby Café, a coffee shop she inherited from her late aunt. The café is connected to Corner Gas, the town gas station run by Brent Leroy and frequented by many oddball locals.
Episode 2 - Tax Man
When tax man Marvin Drey comes to audit the Corner Gas business records, Oscar and Hank plot to humiliate him. However, Emma's excellent record-keeping throws their whole operation into chaos and Hank learns not to carry out humiliation plans after drinking.
Episode 3 - Pilates Twist
Since moving to Dog River, Lacey has felt sluggish from not doing her usual Pilates, so she offers a free class to anyone willing to attend. Meanwhile, Oscar decides rather morbidly to build his own coffin so he can avoid being buried in a cheap-looking one.
Episode 4 - Oh Baby!
In an effort to impress Lacey, Brent agrees to babysit Wanda’s troublemaking six-year-old son, Tanner. Lacey soon joins Brent in trying to tame the little nightmare, and in a moment of sheer desperation, Brent phones the only person who can save the day: Emma.
Episode 5 - Grad '68
With nothing better to do, rookie cop Karen begins going through cold cases and attempts to find out who spray-painted the Dog River water tower many years ago. Meanwhile, Lacey changes the signs on the bathroom doors, creating confusion about which is which.
Episode 6 - World's Biggest Thing
Realizing that giant statues are a tourist attraction, Mayor Fitzy decides Dog River should put up its own big tourist magnet. Fitzy’s grandmother suggests that they build the “world’s biggest hoe” in honour of the town’s farming heritage, but Brent disagrees.
Episode 7 - All My Ex's Live in Toronto
When Lacey’s ex-fiancé comes to visit from Toronto, Hank thinks she is being stalked and decides to pose as her boyfriend to protect her. Meanwhile, Davis and Karen try to track down the “stalker,” spinning his reputation out of control.
Episode 8 - Cousin Carl
Brent’s successful cousin, Carl, visits Dog River and pushes all of Brent’s buttons. Everyone seems to love the guy... except for Brent. Meanwhile, Oscar tries to boycott the liquor store because Wes refuses to refund the deposit on his outdated empties.
Episode 9 - Cell Phone
Davis gets envious when he sees that Brent’s new phone is smaller than his, and the two attempt to outdo each other in a battle for the smallest phone. Meanwhile, Oscar becomes addicted to the thrill of winning stuffed animals from the claw machine at the bar.
Episode 10 - Comedy Night
Brent has a grudge against a comedian who’s returning to Dog River to do a show, and he plans to have the last laugh. Hank, on the other hand, is star-struck. Meanwhile, the ladies start a book club, which Brent quickly turns into a movie club when he joins.
Episode 11 - Hook, Line and Sinker
To drum up business, Brent gets a sign to put up outside the gas station and coffee shop. He and Lacey soon find themselves in a battle to see who can come up with the wittiest slogan for it. Meanwhile, Oscar tries to prove that his memory is as sharp as ever.
Episode 12 - Face Off
The Dog River hockey team finds out that their goalie, Brent, feels unappreciated and is considering playing for a rival team. Lacey steps up and helps them play one of their best games ever. Meanwhile, Emma pressures Oscar to get rid of his clunker of a car.
Episode 13 - I Love Lacey
The Dog River locals are excited to go watch the Grey Cup, but all sorts of problems arise on their way there. Emma is accused of stealing from a dollar store, Davis and Karen lose their tickets, and Brent and Lacey run out of gas in the middle of nowhere.
